The annual fee for Charter Financial Group, Inc. ©right; to provide investment advisory services for the management of a portfolio is a percentage of assets under management, based on the ending market value of the preceding month.

The fee schedule is as follows:

	1.50% per year on the ?rst	$ 500,000
	1.25% per year on the next	$ 3 million
	1.00% per year on the next	$ 5 million
	0.75% per year on the balance
